The platform
markus-mildner.com is a single platform of AI-powered apps. The public face is editorial; the interior is dense and functional.
A structured workspace for long-form academic and research writing — outline, cite, and export to LaTeX.
OpenCalm, unambiguous numbers. Budgets, forecasts, and goals across two currencies.
OpenNotes on SAP architecture, Go, and building things that last.
ReadPrompted drafts with token counts and a tidy history — a creative workspace, not a toy.
OpenWriting
Real manufacturing plants have variable heights, partial returns, kitting flows, and rework loops. Standard S/4 EWM doesn't handle any of them cleanly.
Most SAP BTP integrations don't need SOAP. Here's when REST is simpler, faster, and what config actually works in production.

About
I'm an SAP EWM Consultant and Software Developer with 10+ years delivering enterprise-grade software. At FORVIA HELLA I work across three EWM projects: an EWM-MFS implementation for an automated automotive warehouse processing 1,300+ automated HU transports per day, a large-scale EWM migration from a legacy WMS (~188,000 storage bins, ~500 active users), and a decentralized EWM template rollout for a production supply warehouse in Portugal — hands-on customizing, configuration, testing, and validation, from ASN handling and HU creation at goods receipt to RF-guided putaway and quality inspection integration.
My background spans the full stack — Java, Node.js, and Go on AWS — plus legacy warehouse systems on SQL Server and .NET/C#, and one SAP BTP side-by-side extension (a CAP app connected to ECC). I've worked across Germany, the UK, and Brazil, both in large distributed teams and as a sole architect.
Alongside the day job I build the AI tools you see here — a single platform that doubles as my daily workspace and a proving ground for new ideas.

What I offer
Available for consulting engagements, advisory roles, and project delivery across SAP and modern cloud software. Open to new projects — let's talk.
SAP EWM & Material Flow
EWM rollout and migration delivery — template-based decentralized rollouts and production supply, inbound process customizing and validation (ASN, HU creation, RF-guided putaway, quality inspection), and warehouse automation (EWM-MFS) configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across manufacturing and distribution sites.
Legacy Modernisation & Migration
Modernising and migrating legacy warehouse systems built on SQL Server and .NET/C# — data and process migration into SAP EWM, with the engineering depth to bridge old and new cleanly.
Full-Stack & Cloud
Backend services in Java, TypeScript, and Go; AWS infrastructure as Terraform code; CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments designed for near-zero operating cost.
AI Tools & Automation
Custom AI tools using large language models, workflow automation, and LLM integration layers for enterprise systems — practical tools built for actual daily use.
